Candle Care & Fire Safety: Place upright in a heat-safe dish large enough to catch melted wax, on a stable, heat-resistant surface. Trim the wick to ¼ inch before lighting. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from drafts, children, pets, and flammable objects. Herbs may ignite—extinguish if the flame becomes unusually large. Do not move while burning or while the wax is hot. Stop burning when approximately ½ inch of wax remains. Never use water to extinguish.
